Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Own The Bid collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Own The Bid is a trade name of Paper St Marketing LLC, based in Los Angeles, California. We keep this short and plain, the same way we run everything else.

What this website collects

This website is a set of static pages. By itself it sets no cookies, runs no tracking pixels, and collects no personal information from you. There is no contact form on the site. You can read every page on it without giving us anything.

When you book a call

The only place you hand over information is the booking step. When you book a call, you are sent to Calendly, our scheduling tool. Calendly collects the details you enter to book: your name, your phone number, your email address, and any answer you give to an optional question. We use those details to confirm the call, to send you reminders, and to be ready when we speak. Calendly handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-light. It sets no cookies and does not collect personal information or build a profile of you. That is why this site shows no cookie banner: there is no tracking cookie to ask you about.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps standard server logs that can include an IP address, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those logs to identify or market to you.

If you email or phone Paper St Marketing

If you email joseph@ownthebid.com or call our phone number, we receive what you choose to send: your message, your email address or phone number, and anything else you include. We use it only to reply to you.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, and prepare for a call with you.
• To reply to a question you send us by email or phone.
• To provide our service if you become a client.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We keep this information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. After that, we delete it.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not trade or rent it. We share information only with the tools named above that are needed to run the booking and the website, and only for that purpose.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The scheduling tool may set its own cookies on its own pages when you go there to book; that is governed by its policy, not ours.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you.
• Request a copy of that information.
• Request that we correct inaccurate information.
• Request that we delete your information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing here to opt out of.
• Not be treated differently for using any of these rights.

Children

This site and this service are for business owners. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
